Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma

This imprint of lymph node shows an involvement by angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. The neoplastic lymphocytes are large and pleomorphic (cyan arrows). The cytoplasm is strongly basophilic and finely vacuolised. Nuclear chromatin is very fine, small bluish nucleoli are visible, some nuclear irregularity (lobation) is observed (yellow arrow).
